I own a dedicated server which is pretty much empty. It's a Celeron 2.0ghz processor, with 512mb and CPanel 10. The server loads are always very low, as it is just me and a couple of friends on it. I don't think that the server has gone offline since I first got it in September, 2004 (maybe once or twice for upgrades). If you feel you need host that's reliable, and has friendly support (over MSN Messenger or e-mail),
